ATRtrailing scanner

For the life of me, i cannot seem to get a scanner to work that just notifies me when the ATRtrailing flips to a new trend on the 1 hour chart.

I have tried price close across the ATRtrailing. I have tried to copy the built in PSAR scanner but changing it to the ATRtrailing.

no luck. Can anyone help me build this scanner??
