Let us know how long it took you to get a response, appears there are many people rightfully complaining about the current market restrictions. Ive never seen anything like this before. if restricting buyable shares not using margin (while others are allowed to buy) isn't manipulation then i don't know what is.Thanks guys, will post back when ToS responds

Agree its best to stay clear, IMO there all the sides failed to properly address risk management from the client side to broker, to fund manger, to market maker thus creating a mess.Blanket restrictions are put in place to protect the overall liquidity of the markets and to protect the brokerages... I know some people feel like they're being singled out or being picked on en masse but that is simply not the case... This will all be investigated and changes, if needed, will be implemented... When in doubt, steer clear of the fray...
