How to limit alerts to once per hour?

I have an alert setup (moving average cross with some other conditions), which works great except that I get alerted multiple times when it happens. It is setup to ‘reverse alert’ so the alert stays active

Is there a way to set an alert to wait a specified amount of time before sending the same alert twice?

something like this maybe
it looks back at 6 bars, if the current bar signal is the only signal, then alert
