Adding Label - percent Change from Open (for SPY Sectors and/or Individual Stocks)

Hi All -

First time poster and coder in training. I am not a coder by trade and am out of school already, so this is slow going lol

My question is: How do I add labels that show percent change from the open? I would like to be able to see SPY Sectors on the top of my chart, as well as any individual stocks I might be tracking at the time.

Any help would be much appreciated - in the meantime I'll be over here struggling.
