4-hr Candles?

I have my time zone set to Eastern/NY. I have 4 hour charts with extended hours. At the top left the D: shows 10-17-24 but the first bar opens at 1AM. How do I change show it shows 4AM as the extended hours in TOS are 4AM to 8 PM. For normal hours it shows correctly as 9:30 Thanks,

I used "TOS Support" to ask my question. I was told on 4 hour charts the candle shows starting at 1 AM but only includes data from 4 AM to 5 AM. The 2 hour candle shows starting at 3 AM but only includes data from 4 AM to 5 AM. You end up with five 4 hour candles in a 16 hour period and nine 2 hour candles in a 16 hour period. I was not given a reason for this and it seems extremely odd to me.
