2 Watchlists: %CHG and Trade Price

I am looking for two different watchlist column scripts.

1) Percent Change from yesterday's close out two decimal places.
Color of the numbers green if above 0%, red if below 0% and white if exactly 0%.
I would like to see this change during PreMarket, Regular Session and AfterHours.

2) Last Trade Price
Color of numbers Green if Ask, Red if Bid
I would like to see the last trade price during PreMarket, Regular Session and AfterHours.

I am looking for similar - moving from Street Smart Edge which provides %Change that uses either Close in the extended market or Open during market hours. The TOS watchlist standard column does not offer a calculation to show % of the change in the extended market compared to the most recent close.
