15min max(high) / min(low) line

Hi;

I am hoping someone can help me, I think this would be relatively easy for someone that knows how to code it.

What I would like is a study and I can use on any time frame that draws a line at the max high and min low of the first 15 minutes of the trading day. I do not want to include aftermarket/premarket data.
