Look 45-30 days out to sell calls/Puts,.. OpenInterest>1000 preferred, Delta >< .30 as close too....... monthlies, 70-80 Delta
BTW, my rules,....then there are credit spreads, bullputs, if the stock moves higher, bearcalls, if the stock moves lower, your account is credited and look for Min .30 credit in spread, sell early, repeat.
