How To Add Filters To The ThinkOrSwim Scanner

I want to add a couple conditions.
All I want to add is price is greater than 5.00 and average daily volume (50 period) is greater than 500,000. Would you be kind enough to show me what and where to add these 2 conditions? Thanks in advance for your help.

Price and Volume are two basic filters that should be added to every scanner.

To Add A Filter To The Scan Hacker

Price
1. On the right-hand-side of the scanner, click on Add Filter
2. for price: click on Stock
3. choose your definition of price

Average Volume
1. On the right-hand-side of the scanner, click on Add Filter
2. for volume: click on study
3. in the drop-down menu, click on Volume
4. and then on Average_Volume
5. then select the period and then the number

I added both conditions as well as the PSAR scan.

Ran scan but still includes penny stocks and not just stocks meeting the criteria of greater than 5 bucks, volume ave of 500K and the PSAR scan candidates. I clearly am missing the point somewhere. Sorry to seem so stupid. Attached is a screen shot after I ran scan

@MerryDay- Thank you for your assistance. I was a little confused though. On my TOS version the Add Filter is on the right hand side. I added both conditions as well as the PSAR scan. Your scanner is set to find any ONE of your filters; not all your filters:

1. remove that condition group
2. add new condition group
3. choose All of the following
