Code:
declare upper;

def preMarketHigh = if secondsFromTime(0001) > 0 and secondsTillTime(0930) > 0 and HIGH > preMarketHigh[1] then HIGH else preMarketHigh[1];
def preMarketLow = if secondsFromTime(0001) > 0 and secondsTillTime(0930) > 0 and LOW < preMarketLow[1] then LOW else preMarketLow[1];
def DailyOpen = OPEN(period =  AggregationPeriod.DAY);
def MA = SimpleMovingAvg(length = 9);

preMarketHigh.SetDefaultColor(COLOR.LIGHT_GRAY);
preMarketLow.SetDefaultColor(COLOR.RED);
DailyOpen.SetDefaultColor(COLOR.YELLOW);
MA.SetDefaultColor(COLOR.ORANGE);

Mashume,

what would be the correct code/script for getting the actual open price such as 3.45, 4.15 or 5.35?

i've attempted using getvalue but haven't had success:

plot DayOpen = getValue(open period = aggregationPeriod.DAY 0)0);

tried also:

def DayOpen = getValue(open period = aggregationPeriod.DAY 0)0);

the intent is to capture /store the actual open price so that i can reference that instead of a def statement that contains aggregation.period.day.

thank you for your continued assistance.

regards,
