RSI, STOCHASTIC MACD, INDICATOR/STRATEGIES HELP!

Aloha from Hawaii community!

I really don't know how create a study or indicator. Need some help or recommendations. Attached is a picture of AMAZON 1 minute time frame. I'm trying to create an alert or buy here indicator when all the following happens simultaneously. RSI is about to cross 50 (yellow line), and StochasticMACD is doing a crossover. Obviously this would be for scalp. I would appreciate any help or guidance.

you don't say what which crossover lines on the stochMACD

Hope someone can help me with this or maybe send me in the right direction... Thank you in advance!

I would like a scanner script that searches my watchlist and sends it to another list and should match these 3 criteria:
1. Price needs to come off the bottom Bollinger band the red line (2 sma) crosses green line (3 sma).
2. stoch crosses above the 20
3. macd crosses
