There are lots of ways to do it, depending on what you're doing or how complicated it is.
You could do it with a single plot, in-line.
plot x = if n1 > n2 then n1 else n2;
Or in more complicated situations, you would toggle them out with Double.NaN;
#some code somewhere
input n1 = 1;
input n2 = 2;
#plot specific variables
def pN1;
def pN2;
#toggle
if n1 > n2 {
pn1 = n1;
pn2 = Double.NaN;
} else {
pn1 = Double.NaN;
pn2 = n2;
}
#plots
plot PlotN1 = pN1;
plot PlotN2 = pN2;
In can also depend on the plot type if the toggle switches very rapidly, because certain plot types require two points to make a line. Others can appear in singular form over a single bar, so keep that in mind.
