Renko Tick Chart Not Updating Promptly

I prefer to use Renko and Tick charts versus time charts.
I am using Swing Bands:

The Swing Bands just don't update promptly in fast moving markets on my on my 5 tick Renko chart.
It's almost as if they "re-paint". This morning when /ES was moving pretty fast after the 10am EST news, the bands were at one level, however when I changed a setting on another indicator, the bands themselves changed. That's why I didn't know if it possibly had something to do with my TOS needing a setting changed to process the data faster.....OR...does the indicator not work properly with tick charts

This is my current chart:
https://tos.mx/1XZrCYg
I am not using the secondary aggregation in Swing Bands, so that is not an issue.

UPDATE:
The issue just occurred again....the upper band was at 3902.22 and I changed a setting in another indicator and the Upper Swing Band moved to 3908.5
I really like this indicator because it seems to keep me on the right side of the greater trend, but it's no bueno if I have to manually update it for intraday trades

Are you on Paper Money or live?

The head of the futures trade desk told me on a phone call at one point that they literally don't care if Paper Money doesn't perform well because they want to drive people to the live platform.

If it's Paper Money, there's nothing you can do. It's designed poorly... they know this... they did it intentionally, and you'll have to live with it or trade live.

It was live data..not paper

Okay, so my experience with fast moving charts has been to increase the Renko brick size...instead of 5 tick, run 10 tick...if that doesn't work, try going up to 15 or 20 ticks...fast moving charts on small tick counts are all but impossible to control or determine good entry/exits. Don't adjust the settings on your indicators until you find a tick count that makes the chart easier to read and digest visually. Hopefully this helps!
