ORB scanner (long or short) based on time range

Hello all,
First of all thanks for your time.

I want to find the stocks that are crossed above ORB High between 10 am and 11 am. If the crossover is happened after that time, I do not want that to be listed in the scanner.

For ex: ORB time (9:30 am to 9:45 am). I want to find the stocks that crossed above ORB high between 10 am and 11 am. Please note that I need a scanner and consider I will run this scanner after market hours to see if this condition is met.

Can someone please help me?
