Write scanner for Ichimoku cloud

I am not a programmer so I want someone help to create a custom scanner based on Ichimoku Chickou strategy. Here are the paramaters

1. The scanner can be configured on any time frame
2. The scanner should be able to scan on a custom stocks list created by me.
3. The scanner should have a bearish and a bullish scan mode.
4. We should be able to define the price range
5. Some parameter to identify the volatile stocks

Bearish Scan parameters.
1. Chickou crosses below the cloud i.e Span A and Span B
2. Span B is greater than Span A
3. Price is below the cloud ie. Span B and Span A
4. Price is below 200 MA
5. The future cloud must be Red.

Bullish Scan parameters.
1. Chickou crosses above the cloud i.e Span A and Span B
2. Span A is greater than Span B
3. Price is above the cloud ie. Span B and Span A
4. Price is above 200 MA
5. The future cloud must be Green.

I have seen this strategy working effectively but I am not able to time it since I dont have a scanner. I need some one help to build this for me back test the same for its effectiveness.

i've been trying to write a scan for when the chikou crosses the cloud
i want to find stocks that have done this (chikou crossing above cloud) within one day
when i use the condition wizard to specify chkou crossing span A and is greater than span B or vice vs, i never get any results

can anyone help with this?
