MACD scan question

Hoping this is simple. Is it possible to scan for stocks that where the MACD is at it's lowest level of the day?

Thanks for the reply. Good question / point. I'll rephrase. I simply want to find stocks where MACD is way below it's normal average. I guess this could be average of the last 3 periods (in a Day chart) or 10 periods (in a 30 min chart). I like using the WeeklyandDailyMACD from ToS. What type of scan can I do to find stocks that are X points apart on the 2 moving averages? I can't upload my pic for some reason, but I simply want to scan for stocks where the 2 moving averages are most divergent. Thanks

Can anyone create a scan where the slope of MACD is neutral? Scan stocks where the slope is neither rising nor falling.

@Miket I don't think I've ever seen MACD flat. But you try doing a scan where MACD()."Value" is equal to MACD()."Value" from 1 bars ago.
