How to scan for high trading activity for Range Bar Charts?

Hi I know there is a lot of smart people here in this forum, I'm sure someone must have an idea how I can create a scan to find stocks with high trading activity.

I am using Range Bar Charts so I am looking for price action for trading instead of time is the reason I'm trying to scan to find these stocks.

I've attached a couple pics to show what I mean by high trading activity.

Here is an example of low trading activity for a whole day

Here is an example of a high trading activity for just part of the day

Anyone out there trade using Range Bar Charts?

The ToS platform doesn't provide for the use of the scan hacker, watchlists, or conditional orders with tick or range charts.

how about volatility of some form would this help to find stocks with lots of trading activity
I saw something about When prices move wildly, standard deviation is high, would this be what I should be looking for?
