Help modifying ORB Time Frame

Hello guys and gals. I was wondering if someone can modify this TOS Mobile Script to be a 15 minute ORB instead of the 30 Minute Orb that it is. I lack the required skill and everything looks just foreign enough for me to ask for help right off the bat instead of screwing it up myself.
