February 2025 ThinkorSwim Desktop App Upgrade Issues

Anyone having issues? I haven't been able to log into the desktop app in a few days, it's just blank when you start it up and I'm unable to log in. I tried reinstalling the program. Mobile app works fine.

Schwab just rolled out an update, and yes, it has lots of issues

1. Windows machines on anything pre-Win 10 are now out of luck.
ToS will not run on pre-Win 10 going forward.
macOS needs to be higher than 11+

2. Login issues galore – Some users can’t get in at all.
Others can, but the lag is such that charts take forever to load.

The new update has some new security features so that they may run into trouble with existing Try disabling firewalls/VPN to see if TOS starts up, and then allow an exception for TOS.

Thanks! I spoke with Schwab customer support - macOS needs to be higher than 11+ for ToS Desktop to work.
