I was actually considering short at 3PM but it went too fast without me.
The 15:34 one is possible but I consider this is more of gambling one- the trend is against you. The play is for move to vwp at EOD dump (which btw did not happen). If you want scalp 1-3 points its probably reasonable play, however that is not personally my style

I am using it on 1600t chart, it doesnt always give correct signals. Or I might not be reading it well. Thanks

@blakecmathis You seemed to have snuck this one on us. The CCI indicator at the top right ... it's changed on your side. Could you share the code? @skynetgen can you tell me why did you change 1600t to 2000t, do you get better signals that way?

"Better" ? == more like different. 2k is a confirmation timeframe to me. From quick testing there was too much similiarity on 1k and 1.6 so I increased it to 2k where it was looking as separate confirmation and not duplicated of 1k . I didnt text extensively other timeframes. There might be a better combination of settings but for now its working more or less

FOMC week. not sure I will gonna do any plays on /ES until its resolved. I am pretty bad at scalping and pre-fomc is usually chop

Had a solid morning so decided to step away from everything in the pm and watch it play out. Went long with a triangle play on the initial breakout with my target set at 3148 = 88.7 Fib Level. Second trade was a head and shoulders play. Exit on that trade was extremely conservative. Took profits and bailed.

Textbook plays man! That trisqz at the open - could not build confidence to execute it myself (was looking for excuses not to lol )

@skynetgen Hahah dude I missed so many triangle plays last week that I was actually ****ed off. Just couldn't pass up on that one man!! But I guarantee you if that pb would've dropped below 3143.25 I would have panicked and got out ASAP.

BTW I would have taken the short you asked about. It had just rejected off the 200 EMA and once TMO and RSI were below the zero line around that time, I would consider that a pretty safe bet.

@mturtrader To be honest man I have no idea. I trade /ES day in and day out. I have looked at trading this setup with /CL but haven't proceeded yet.
