Develop support resistance lines based on estimated moving average per TOS

Hello all,

can anyone develop a code to draw lines based on estimated moving value by TOS towards end of the close.

Example: spx today end of the day TOS shows +-30 points for tomorrow . SPX closed at 3600
I need to draw lines 1 time , 1.5 times , 2 times above and below 3600.

Resitance : 3630, 3645, 3660
support : 3570, 3555,3540.


Really helpful ...for spx spreads..
