Custom pivot points study showing on my mobile but not for another person

I’m trying to figure out why my pivot points study that works on desktop and on mobile works for me but not for someone else when I share the script with them. They see it on their desktop but the study isn’t listed in their tos app. Any thoughts on why this is happening?

They did this and they were told that it only works on desktop. It makes no sense though because I gave him the exact script while I see it on mobile and desktop.

If that's the response from TOS customer support, then there is not much we can do.
