Custom Net Change Watchlist Column

One thing about TOS that is distracting are the prices updating and switching back forth between 1-3 decimal places.. giving the visual of price dancing back and forth. Nit picky i know, but a serious pet peeve.
Im hoping to create a custom watchlist column showing the net change using two decimal places only, rounding up or down if necessary
Need help with the language to define the net change
