checking if a candle has been painted or boolean

To augment an indicator that creates an arrow, boolean value, or paints a specific candle a color in the history, how would I evaluate that condition? i.e. if a candle 10 candles ago is "color.Cyan"?

You evaluate, the condition defined and causes the candle to pain Cyan, 10 candles ago.
Not to sound Quirky, but you have a condition defined in the indicator, if the indicator is painting a candle CYAN or any other color. if you are looking for if 10 Candles ago, if the candle color is Cyan, all you got to do is, check if that condition is true 10 Candles ago.
