Can these 2 portfolio type methods be coded for TOS

I stumbled on a trading blog from RelaxedTrader.com with a couple of interesting mean reversion type trading method for the SPY and the QQQ to be used like a portfolio strategy kinda. The first method is for the SPY and can be found here 3 Easy Lines of Code to Swing Trade SPY . The second method is for the QQQ and can be found here The Code for a QQQ Trading Strategy .

Both method appear extremely simple and easy to follow and have FANTASTIC looking equity curves. Hopefully a few of you coders have a minute to have a look for yourself. If you agree they show promise, perhaps you could help with the coding. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

before asking, do a search. it's probably been done.

when asking about making a study, list out the rules if you can. don't just post a link and expect others to read through dozens of pages of stuff , to search out the important sections.
or just state that you read through it, but am not quite sure what to write down.

No problem. I did actually try to search, but apparently I used poor search terms. I even tried searching "relaxed" but that search turned up nothing. Sorry.
