Anyone Use Tailing Stops in TOS/ I just read that they are unreliable. Is this TRUE?

Solution
I have seen a few complaints about them working consistently. I have not used them live as of yet. I have tried them with OnDemand and they do not work for me so I was wandering if they were also messed up in live trading. In OnDemand, the trailing stop just moves up and down with the price. Never moves and stops.
Thanks for letting me know they are working for live trtading.

Actual definition of Trailing Stop Order:
A sell trailing stop order sets the stop price at a fixed amount below the market price with an attached "trailing" amount. As the market price rises, the stop price rises by the trail amount, but if the stock price falls, the stop loss price doesn't change, and a market order is submitted when the stop price is hit...

The trailing stop is supposed to move up and hold but not back down otherwise what would be the point. I just did some research on the use of trailing stops and when you set them to, say, 20% below price on a Long position, as the price moves up so does the trailing stop by 20% but is NOT supposed to move back down. It is there to lock in profit and not to move down with the price. BTW, there are several complaints about OnDemand trailing stops not working properly and apparently support at TOS is aware of the problem and said it will most likely not be fixed.
My initial question was to see if there are any issue live trading and @BadBob said it works for him.
