Anyone know what a RSImacd upper & a RSImacd Lower Indicator is? (see photo)

This image has several things going on. My main question is does anyone know about or have a RSIMacd upper and RSImacd lower chart indicators? Apparently it is a combination of both the RSI and the MACD.

I have also shown another indicator on the chart called "lottoPlay".

Thanks MerryDay. I know what the term LottoPlay means regarding options trading but I had ever seen a "lottotrade" indicator. In regard to the RSI-MACD indicator. I am not a coder. Thanks for your reply!

It is not possible to write a script from an image. What would you like the RSI_MACD indicator to do that the one in the link does not do?
What are you looking to have coded different?

As far as the LottoPlay Options what are you looking to have coded? The ToS platform does not support custom option queries in the scan hacker.
So you are looking for a "lottotrade" indicator to plot on a chart and do what?

Not asking anyone to code anything. The photo I posted is from our Discord General-Discussion posted there by another member (9:14 AM parsant Uprety: Does anyone know this indicator?). He was asking for help to locate the indicators. The photo depicts two indicators that are functioning on TOS. The reason for this post here is simply to ask if anyone knows what they are. Not trying to create an indicators.
