Adding horizontal line w/ enhanced volume

Hello looking for some help adding code to a volume study Im working on

Im hoping to plot horizontal lines on the high and low of any candles that trigger the 3SD threshold

The definition to trigger the volumes study is

AssignPriceColor(if volumestdev >=3 then Color.light_red else Color.CURRENT);

You can try something like the following

declare upper;
AssignPriceColor(if volumestdev >= 3 then Color.LIGHT_RED else Color.CURRENT);
def h = if volumestdev >= 3 then high else h[1];
plot hline = h;
hline.SetPaintingStrategy(PaintingStrategy.HORIZONTAL);
def l = if volumestdev >= 3 then low else l[1];
plot lline = l;
lline.SetPaintingStrategy(PaintingStrategy.HORIZONTAL);

As you did not provide your code, I actually tested the above code with volume set at a high enough level to not plot on each bar. I would suggest that you provide your code and an image showing what you expect, if you have any problems.
